RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At LeafyPaws, we want you and your pet to be happy with every order. Because our products are edible pet treats and chews, we follow the return and replacement guidelines below.

1. RETURNS

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, consumed, or tampered with.

Unopened products may be considered for return only if there is a valid issue with the order and the return is approved by LeafyPaws in advance.

2. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT

If your order arrives damaged, defective, tampered with, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• A photograph of the shipping label, where applicable

Depending on the situation, LeafyPaws may offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim.

Claims submitted after 48 hours from delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

4. REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, the applicable refund amount will be processed to the original payment method used for the order, where technically possible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request bank account or other payment details to process an approved refund.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

5. PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

We cannot accept returns of products that:
• Have been opened or used
• Have been partially consumed
• Have been damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling
• Are returned without prior approval from LeafyPaws
